Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

• Admission is granted at the discretion of the institute.
• Students must submit accurate personal and academic details at admission.
• Batch assignment is subject to seat availability.
• Providing false information may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

2. Fees

• Monthly and admission fees are payable by the due date announced by the institute.
• Late payments may attract a late fee at our discretion.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
• Fee amounts may be revised with prior notice.

3. Attendance & conduct

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
• Disruptive behaviour, cheating, or disrespect toward staff or other students may lead to warning, suspension, or dismissal without refund.
• Any damage to institute property must be compensated by the student's guardian.

4. Student portal use

• Portal accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Any use of your account is considered your action; report suspicious activity immediately.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or misuse the portal in any way.

5. Intellectual property

All lecture material, notes, question papers, videos, and PDFs made available through the portal are the intellectual property of the institute or its licensors. You may use them for personal study only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing (including screenshots, uploads, or forwarding) is strictly prohibited.

6. Photography & media

The institute may occasionally photograph classes or events for internal record or promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us in writing.

7. Cancellation

• Students may withdraw from a program at any time by written notice.
• Withdrawal does not entitle the student to a refund of paid fees, unless the institute cancels the program itself.

8. Limitation of liability

The institute is not liable for personal loss, damage, or injury on the premises except where caused by our own gross negligence. Please look after your belongings.

9. Changes to services or terms

Class schedules, teachers, syllabus, and fees may be updated with reasonable notice. We may update these terms at any time; continued enrolment or portal use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bogura.
